Updates, especially with the TV options. There was no streaming service available, only cable. The scrambled eggs at breakfast could also benefit from more variety. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

An incredible and tasteful and reasonably priced room with fridge as well as coffee maker. Peaceful setting, just off a mall, taxis, the restaurant. Also, to Calgary downtown. The English bar onsite.

Their rooms are always tasteful and luxury with a closet in the suite and confy beds, as example. The food is fresh and delicious.

Didn't like anything, except late checkout promise.

We appreciated spending 1 night here. The place was fairly clean and upscale, it had supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff with these great staff members. Good location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 miles.

Significant noise from kids running around the hallways, unresponsive staff when complaints made!!! Accessibility issues in the shower stall due to large lip!!! Poor maintenance of air conditioning units left guests uncomfortable!!!

The location is peaceful and decent, within walking distance of The Locked Room.

The hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. Questions e.g. about the surroundings/events are gladly answered and one has the feeling to be cordially welcome! . In the hotel itself it is very clean, quiet and comfortable. We're very comfortable in the rooms. The beds are very comfortable. Hotel shuttle works very reliably! Super extra service!. The hotel restaurant is conveniently located with access through the lobby. Breakfast is a pleasure. We'd love to come back!

Very friendly staff! Very nice, tastefully furnished rooms. Very comfortable queen size beds. The restaurant is very good! We were for 4x in this hotel and would book again at any time! Great extra - the minishop in the hotel!

One morning, I arrived late for breakfast, and the staff made me toast even after the toaster was off. The food was good, and the amenities met my needs. I enjoyed relaxing in the room with my partner, overlooking the mountains. Free parking was another convenience for my road trip plans. The friendly environment made it easy to unwind, which I appreciated as a traveler from Italy.

Good location to airport, bus, restaurants, bars. Good price/performance ratio. Simple, very clean hotel

Certain employees were not very nice. Breakfast buffet was relatively modest.

It was really nice better than I expected. Even though it was only 1 night it was a good experience, great how it worked out they had discounted tickets for the zoo and we were going there the next day, definately would stay there again.

It would be nice if hotels also had flatter pillows.

Friendly atmosphere; clean rooms; great plan to replace carpet with laminate in bedrooms. Liked the decor. It was very quiet. Good rates

A continental breakfast would be a nice addition. Expected better than diner quality food from a quality establishment like yours. The onion soup was disappointing and the sauce for the beef dip very salty.
